Caromel Cashew is an earthy, malty, coconutty spread which we think tastes a bit like Maltesers-in-a-jar (but vegan)! These stone-ground nut spreads have a smooth, but slightly coarse texture which we’d describe as being on the smoother end of ‘crunchy’ and ‘smooth’. The word ‘caromel’ goes to describe a hint of a caramel flavour, with the use of organic ground carob pod, a slightly sweet, caffeine-free alternate to cocoa.
